Basic Admission Requirements For Salem University.

Candidates seeking admission into this academic institution should note that there are three ways you can get admitted into this University, and these ways are:

  1. The Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)
  2. Direct Entry (D.E)
  3. Inter-University Transfer.

JAMB UTME Admission Requirements.

First and foremost, you need to score up to the SALEM UNIVERSITY cut off mark in your UTME. It is compulsory that all applying candidates seeking admission into this higher institution obtain at credit level passes in the Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) final year examination or West African School Certificate (WASC)/GCE, NECO, NABTEB ‘0’ Level in at least, five (5) subjects.

Candidates studying sciences and arts subjects must obtain credit level passes in those subjects.

Candidates applying for admission into 100 level undergraduate programmes must possess at the very least, five (5) ‘O’ level credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings in WASC, GCE, NECO or its equivalent. The school’s admission board also announced that Awaiting Result (AR) is also accepted.
