The Kaduna State Polytechnic {KADPOLY} wishes to inform all Students, who have been successfully admitted for the 2012/2013 academic session, please note that the Tuition fee payment has already commence for the speculated session. Portal User Guidelines:

All Candidates, Which includes both applicants/students are to start paying their Tuition fees for the 2012/2013 Academic Session. Please Read read the easy step by step guidelines below and click the portal link below to begin Your KADPOLY Tuition Fee Payment.

Step 1. You are Required to Log into the Kadpoly official portal but strictly as a student, then click on the School Fees Payment menu.

Step 2. You are to select SESSION and click on “Check Fees”.

Step 3. Note that the Page is programmed/set to displays breakdown of school fees payment.

Step 4. Then check the box to select either these payment Option!. 1. Part Payment of 70%. 2. Full Payment. Payment options.

Step 5. When you have successfully select either of the above option, click on “Generate Pin”.

Step 6. Then Print out THE “Payment Receipt” and then go to any of the designated collecting banks.

Step 7. Then Make The Payment, go to any of the banks, fill the deposit slip {You are required to write your reference code on the top of the slip} and make payment.

CAUTION: You are to obtain a Virtual Pin Receipt from the bank, the Virtual Pin Can be bought at the Sum Of N1,000.00.

Step 8. Go back and Log in to Portal, after that, enter the Reference Code into appropriate box.

Step 9. Click on Pay Fees button and immediately a receipt will be generated. Note that this option is only for student, Not Applicants.

Step 10. To Print Out The Receipt {Which is the School Receipt and SUG Receipt}

1. You are required to Select the session the receipt you want to print.

2. Click on Check Fees button.

3. The Tuition Fees breakdown is displayed, select option to Print School Fee Receipt and SUG Receipt
