OAU ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS.
There are various requirements for candidates seeking admission into OOU, and I’ll be sharing with you, the requirements from the OOU Admission office.
- All applying candidates are required to have at least, 5 credit passes in your O’level result (WAEC NECO, or NABTEB) including English and Mathematics.
- You must obtain your O’level result at not more than two (2) sittings before you can study in OOU.
- Choosing the correct JAMB subject combination for your course will ensure you stand a better chance of getting admitted into the course you’re aiming for.
- Candidates are required to score at the very least, 160 in the just concluded Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), to be eligible for admission into OOU.
- To be offered admission into the Olabisi Onabanjo University, you must meet the school JAMB cut off marks of 160.
- You must select the Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) as your first choice of Institution during JAMB registration.
- You must participate in the OOU post UTME screening exercise and score above the cut off mark to be considered for admission.
- Any candidate who fails to take part in the screening exercise automatically loses his or her chance of being considered for admission.
- You must have reached the age of 16 by October this year.
