FUNAI Post UTME Registration, Screening and Cut off Marks – 2019/20

The Federal University Ndufu Alike management has officially announced that the FUNAI Post UTME registration for the 2019/2020 academic session has commenced.

Candidates seeking admission into FUNAI should note that the registration for the Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) of the Federal University Ndufu-Alike Ikwo (FUNAI), Ebonyi State, has been slated to commence on Wednesday, 19th June 2019 and end on Wednesday, 3rd July 2019.

LATEST UPDATE ON FUNAI POST UTME 2019.

The school’s Vice-Chancellor has approved the FUNAI PUTME registration deadline to be extended from 3rd July to 8th July 2019.

It is now expected that all candidates who have successfully registered for the forthcoming screening exercise to start printing their updated Exam Slip from 10th – 15th July while the examination (CBT) commencement date is still the same. The Funai Post-UME date is still on 16th July as earlier scheduled.

Funai Post UTME Eligibility.

• The FUNAI Post UTME screening test is AVAILABLE only to candidates who made FUNAI their first choice institution in their JAMB UTME Registration form, and scored 180 and above in their JAMB result.

• Candidates who applied to study Medicine and Surgery in FUNAI must score a minimum of 200 in the UTME to be eligible for the University’s P-UTME screening.

• All prospective candidates who scored a minimum of 200 for Medicine and Surgery and a minimum of 180 and above for other programs, BUT did not choose FUNAI as their first choice institution during their UTME Registration, but wish to study in FUNAI are qualified to apply for PUTME. However, these candidates must perform a ‘‘Change of Institution/Course’’ and select FUNAI on the JAMB Portal before Monday, 8th July 2019 as their first choice institution.

• This information is applicable to all Direct Entry (DE) candidates.

Important Note: All candidates should note that the Federal University, Ndufu-alike, FUNAI Post-UTME Screening Test for the under-listed programs listed below is scheduled to hold starting from Tuesday, 16th July 2019 to Friday, 19th July 2019.

• If you selected FUNAI as your first choice and scored 180 or above in your 2019 JAMB UTME, then you invited to the University’s Post-UTME Screening Exercise for the under-listed programs is scheduled to hold as follows.

MODE OF PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURE.

All qualified and eligible candidates are required to pay a fee of N2, 000 only for the post utme registration. To register, follow the steps as outlined below:

  1. Visit the University website: funai.edu.ng,
  2. Click on the QUICK LINKS or ADMISSION Menu items. (go to ADMISSIONS at the top menu or click on 2019/2020 Admission Screening)
  3. Click on “Prospective Students”
  4. Proceed and click on “Click to Apply” under the 2019/2020 Admission Screening Application.
  5. Enter your “JAMB Registration Number” in the box provided.
  6. Select your payment mode (Generate Remita Retrieval Reference Number).
  7. The next step is for you to proceed to any bank of your choice for your payment with your Remita number.
  8. After a successful payment, you are required to return to the Application page and enter your “JAMB Registration Number” again.
  9. Proceed with the completion of the UTME Registration form.
  10. Upload CLEAR COPIES of the following; UTME Result, O’ Level results, Birth Certificate, and Local Government Identification.
  11. Confirm your details and submit your application.
  12. Print out your acknowledgment slip,
  13. And come with it for the Post-UTME Test.

TEST REQUIREMENTS

Candidates are required to come with the following items for the POST UTME screening exercise:

  1. Registration print-out acknowledgment slip from the University website. This acknowledgment slip must contain the candidate’s date and time for the examination.
  2. Original UTME Result slip (not a photocopy), which must show candidate’s picture and score.
  3. While all Direct Entry (DE) candidates should come with their original Direct Entry Application Slip showing candidate’s picture (in color).
