It is vita to note here that before picking a course to study in Kwara State Polytechnic, please make sure you understand what the course is all about, and whether your O’level result qualifies you.

It is essential to note here that at least, one of the three subjects must be a basic science subject. At least a credit pass in English Language is compulsory.

Kwara State Polytechnic ND Admission Entry Requirements.
1. It is mandatory that all candidates applying for admission into the Kwara State Polytechnic, must meet the institution’s cut-off mark, before they will be qualified for Post UTME examination and admission screening exercise.
2. The KwaraPOLY admission board announced that all applying candidates must possess at least, 5 credit passes in relevant subjects, including: English Language, and Mathematics at GCE O’level, WASSCE, SSCE, NECO, NABTEB or approved equivalents at not more than two (2) Sittings.
3. The school’s admission board has disclosed that they will not give admission to candidate who are 15 years or below. Applicants must be at least, sixteen (16) year of age in the year of admission.
Kwara State Polytechnic HND Admission Entry Requirements.
Here’s the KwaraPOLY HND admission requirement.
1. Candidates seeking admission into the Higher National Diploma of KwaraPOLY must possess at least, a lower credit (CGPA) of 2.50 in National Diploma in relevant ND Program from KwaraPOLY or any accredited Polytechnics in Nigeria.
2. To be admitted into the HND level of this institution, applicants are required and mandated to possess a National Diploma in the same programme with at least, lower credit pass in the relevant programme of study and with at least, one year post-ND relevant industrial training experience.
3. In addition to the above listed requirements, the school admission office is requesting that each applying candidate must meet the admission requirement for the ND programme first, before getting admitted into the HND level.
4. In exceptional/rare cases, candidates with pass grade and a minimum of two years post qualification experience in the specified field may be considered for admission into KwaraPOLY HND programme.
5. A minimum of twelve (12) months of supervised industrial experience,
6. Each applicant are required to possess at least, 5 credit passes in relevant O’level subjects in not more than two sittings.
7. A transcript is required for admission into all HND programs in the institution especially prospective candidates from other accredited Polytechnics.
