This exclusive information was disclosed to the public in a statement, which was signed by the Public Relation Officer of the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), Bauchi, Zailani Bappa, on Friday, Prof. Saminu Ibrahim has been appointed the new Vice Chancellor of the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU).
According to the pubic relation officer, who disclosed that his appointment became necessary following the tenure expiration of the outgoing Vice Chancellor, Muhammed Muhammed, whose tenure expired on the 26th of April 2014.
The appointment letter, which dated back to the 24th of April was signed by the Registrar of the institution, Ali Deba.
The appointment of Prof. Saminu Ibrahim who holds a Ph,D in Soil Science takes effect from April 27, 2014.
