All newly admitted students of this academic citadel should know that it’s compulsory to pay the Accommodation fee. Prices for this institution’s accommodation fees range from ₦120,000 to ₦200,000, while International Students are required to pay between $500 to $833. Take note this fee is compulsory for all students.

*MBBS Students are expected to pay an additional sum of ₦750,000 for Clinicals from 300 Level, while international students are to pay two thousand, eighty-three dollars only ($2,083).

Nursing and Medical Laboratory Science Students are required to pay an additional sum of ₦500,000 for Clinicals, starting from 300 Level. While for international students, they’re required to pay one thousand, two hundred and fifty dollars ($1,250).


1. The school management has disclosed that for students who want to pay installmentlly, they are required to do a minimum first instalment payment of 60% for ALL Courses. This fee must be paid before clearance while the balance must be paid within the first week when the second (2nd) semester commences.

2. You can pay the Edo state University school fees online. According to the school management, payment of school fees is strictly online. To pay your school fees, kindly visit https://pay.euiais.ng and enter your UTME Registration Number or Matric Number, then click on the Login button. Follow the payment instructions displayed on the website.

The Edo State University provides students with a Learning Management System (LMS), but it’s not free. Students of this institution are required to pay a fee of:

  • ₦15,000 for Students.
  • ₦15,000 for parents (optional)


The Edo State University offers students of all courses, a variety of rooms and living options in each of the Halls of residence, depending on your choice and what suits you the best. The Halls of Residence are all within campus and accommodations are available for both newly admitted students, and returning students each academic session.

The Edo State University Halls of Residence are equipped with 24/7 security services and electric lights during the night hours.

The accommodation comes with different charges, and we’ve provided you with a table to make it easier and more understandable. The accommodation includes; 10, 8 or 6 spring bunk beds, a mattress, lighting and water, Wi-Fi, a water heating system in the bathroom, and cooking space or no cooking space, depending on your choice and spending limit.

Description of Edo State University Halls of Residence.

Premium lodge: This room will cost you ₦150,000 per semester and here are its privileges. This hall of residence can accommodate five students but has no cooking spaces (This means that students living in here are not allowed to make their meals in the lodge, because there’s no cooking space allocated to them). The rooms are en-suite with bathroom and toilet spaces and wall drop lobbies.

Regular lodge: This regular lodge will cost you ₦120,000 per semester. The regular lodge is large and is built to accommodate a maximum of five or six students. However, it also does not have any available space for cooking. Students living in this lodge are prohibited from cooking within the lodge since there’s no cooking space allocated. The rooms are en-suite with bathroom and toilet spaces and wall drop lobbies.

Regular Royal lodge: This room will cost you ₦175,000 per session, and is built to accommodate two or three students and has no kitchen, which is the same as the cooking space. (Students living in this lodge are prohibited from making their meals in the lodge). The rooms are en-suite with bathroom and toilet spaces and wall drop lobbies.

Premium Villa lodge: This room will cost you ₦200,000 per session and comes with its cooking space. Yes, this is the only lodge students are allowed to cook because it comes equipt with its own kitchen, a bathroom and toilet space and a wall drop lobby. The rooms are equipped with a television, a cable network as well as an internet service that provides unlimited browsing.

Use of Electrical Gadget in the Hall of Residence.

The Edo state University has mandated that students who wish to make use of any electric appliances as mentioned below, must be resident in either the premium lodge or the premium villa lodge and will have to pay the additional corresponding fees per month as shown below.
