According to information on our news desk, the Senate board of the University of Port Harcourt (also known as Uniport) writes to inform all newly admitted students of the academic institution, that the ORIENTATION Programme for all duly registered First Year Students in the school has been programmed to take place as below.

Date : Thursday, the 20th of March, (Yet to be announced)
Time: 9.30 a.m. Prompt
Venue: Convocation Arena, University Park (Abuja Campus)
Advantage of Attending This Programme
All concerned students should note that the orientation will afford you the opportunity to interact with the school officials and this will also get you better informed about the basic rules and regulations which will govern your stay in the University as a student, this basic rules and regulation can get you expelled or rusticated if violated.
You will also be given the opportunity to ask questions and get clarification on any matter of interest to you during the orientation.
I hope you are fully aware, that by virtue of reading the above statement, it is therefore mandatory that all newly register First Year Students in the University are required to attend the programme and participate fully in the discussion, which we all know would be beneficial to you.
