Only 4000 out of 17,904 AAUA Post UTME Candidates to be Admitted

The number of candidates to be admitted through this year’s post utme screening exercise for the Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba (AAUA) will be Four thousand Students, out of the seventeen thousand, nine hundred and four aspirants who sat for the aaua post utme screening for 2015.

Thank God for the last Administration of the federation, the percentage of candidates expected to be admitted into tertiary institution is higher than expected, but apparently, this current administration is expected to do more.

According to information released by the deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic), of the Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State, Prof. Oluyemisi Adebowale who disclosed that out of the 17,904 candidates that are participating in the post UTME screening exercise of the university, only about 4000 students will be admitted, because that is the school carrying capacity.

He made this announcement public while speaking on the general conduct of the screening exercise, where she expressed satisfaction over the success recorded so far by the school administration.

“So far, we’ve experienced success, as the facilities and the technical know-how we have put in place are working perfectly fine without any huge issue which can’t be resolved.

We have improved greatly on the previous exercise. Prior to this year’s exercise, results were delayed till after the whole exercise, which leads to congestion and security challenges, mainly because many of the candidates would have to hang around.

At the end of the screening exercise, we compiled all the post utme results and go to the drawing board to decide the official cut off mark which we will use to admit aspirants.

Any candidate whose score falls within the required mark will be automatically admitted into the school.

The Vice Chancellor disclosed that the AAUA admission at AAUA is still absolutely merit-driven”

Wishing all candidates the very best and don’t forget to share this information with your friends on facebook, twitter and google+, using the share buttons below.
