Directive coming from the JAMB registrar, Professor Ishaq Oloyede is that all candidates, who will be sitting for the forthcoming JAMB UTME Mock exam, should not pay a dime for the exam.
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) through its spokesperson, M. Fabian disclosed that the management has directed that Computer Based Test (CBT) centers should not collect any money from candidates who would be sitting for the nationwide Mock Examination.

This information was shared by Prof. Ishaq Oloyede during an interactive session with newsmen last Saturday, before the mock examination that was canceled.
What this entails, is that candidates sitting for the mock exam, no longer need to pay for the mock examination. It is entirely free. If you will be sitting for the exam, you should NOT pay 700 to any CBT Centre for the mock test.
Prof. Ishaq Oloyede further disclosed that in consideration of the board’s Corporate Social Responsibility, JAMB felt that it should also be doing something important for the candidates.
However, for candidates who have already paid the stipulated 700 fees for the Mock exam, before it was canceled, the JAMB Boss said the board is doing everything to ensure that the candidates are refunded.
When asked when the next mock examination will hold, the JAMB boss disclosed that candidates are to wait for the announcement of a new date soon.
