Akwa Ibom State University – AKSU Supplementary Admission Form for 2019/2020 is Out

Akwa Ibom State University supplementary admissions are now available online for the 2019/2020 academic session. All candidates whose name is not on the AKSU admission list, and who were not offered admission into their chosen course, can now apply for the AKSU change of course.

The school management also disclosed that all candidates who have not yet seen their names on the school’s recently released admission list, to visit the nearest JAMB CBT Centre in their area, where they are to upload their WAEC/NECO/NABTEB result on or before Friday, the 18th of October, 2019, so as not to forfeit their chances of gaining admission.

However, the Akwa Ibom State University management has disclosed that there is still available space to accommodate qualified candidates who scored up to the general AKSU cut off mark (for Post UTME) but could not secure admission into their 1st Choice Programmes. If you are still interested in gaining admission into the Akwa Ibom State University, then you need to request a change of Course to other Programmes where admission is still available, with the same UTME subject combination and O’Level requirements, as indicated below.

Here are the categories of candidates who are not eligible and qualified for the AKSU Supplementary admissions:

• Candidates who did not participate in the AKSU Post-UTME screening.
• Candidates with wrong UTME subject combination.
• Candidates with incomplete O’level requirements or candidates with awaiting result (A/R).
• Candidates who are yet to uploaded their O’level result on JAMB portal, or candidates whose uploads have not yet reflected on the JAMB CAPS.

Finally, it is very important to know that changing to any of these Programmes as shown in the PDF above does not guarantee admission. Only candidates who had meet the cut-off mark for the Programme would be considered for admission into their selected programmes from the list above.

The AKSU Supplementary Registration form deadline for candidates to change Programmes on the JAMB portal is Friday, 25th October, 2019.
