How is the Golden Age Ranking Compiled?
For those who are not aware, the “Golden Age” category of the Times Higher Education ranking was uniquely crafted for universities that were officially established between 1945 and 1967 (which is a difference of 22 years). This Golden Age ranking focused on the best universities established for more than 50 years, but which is less than 80 years.
The ranking was carried out following the Times Higher Education World University Rankings methodology. This ranking is compiled by judging research-intensive universities across all their core missions in the following fields:
- Knowledge transfer,
- International outlook.
Take note that the Golden Age University Rankings for the 2020 academic year was published on Wednesday, 24th June 2020.
