Using this medium, the Dailyschoolnews Nigeria team wishes to inform the general public, especially all interested candidates that the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, FUNAAB Post UTME Cut Off Mark for admission has been announced by the school management board.
The FUNAAB Post UTME Cut off marks has been set at 180 for candidates who participate in the 2019 JAMB Examination. The school management set 180 for some courses and 200 for other courses.
FUNAAB Cut Off Marks
To be qualified for the Funaab Screening Exercise, each candidate is expected and required to have participated in the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored a minimum of 180 marks.
Candidates who scored a minimum of 180 in the JAMB result, and select the below-mentioned courses during the UTME Registration are qualified to participate in the 2019 Post UTME Screening.

- Agricultural Economics and Farm Management
- Agricultural Extension and Rural Development
- Animal Nutrition
- Animal Physiology,
- Animal Production and Health
- Aquaculture and Fisheries Management
- Animal Breeding and Genetics
- Agricultural Administration
- Crop Protection
- Environmental Management and Toxicology
- Forestry and Wildlife Management
- Pasture and Range Management
- Plant Breeding and Seed Technology
- Plant Physiology and Crop Production
- Soil Science and Land Management
- Water Resources Management and Agro-meteorology
The school management has placed 200 as the minimum cut off marks for candidates who want to study any of the courses below. Candidates who scored a minimum of 200 in their JAMB result and select any of the below-mentioned courses during their UTME Registration are qualified to participate in the 2019 Post UTME Screening.

However, for candidates who during their UTME Registration chose any of these courses;

But scored between 180 and 199 (not up to 200) may be considered and given admission into different Agricultural programmes if they are interested.
While making this announcement, the school Vice-Chancellor (VC) disclosed that with this FUNAAB 2019/2020 Post-UTME Cut off marks, about 15,000 candidates will be writing the university’s Post-UTME this year.
The VC disclosed that the increase in the number of applicants could be because of FUNAAB’s high standard and stable academic calendar as over 30,000 candidates chose the institution as their choice in the just concluded JAMB 2019 examination.
