We’re happy to bring to you, this information, that the Auchi Polytechnic Application For Admission Into HND Programme For the 2015/2016 academic session has just been announced by the school admission board, and all candidates who wishes to gain admission into Auchi POLY HND Programmes can now do so, using the guidelines below.
All interested persons, aspirants, Applicants and candidates should take note, that the school is inviting applications from eligible candidates into the Auchi Polytechnic Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes and Professional Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning for the 2015/2016 academic session.

B. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1. Here’s the Requirement For Admission Into Higher National Diploma (HND)
a) ALL interested candidates should take note, that for any of the Higher National Diploma (HND) courses, the school requires that they MUST possess the National Diploma (ND) of the Polytechnic or possess the National Diploma from any other similar institutions, whose programes have earned the NBTE accreditation.
Also in addition to possessing the National Diploma (ND), the school admission board requires all candidates, that THEY MUST possess a National Diploma Certificate in the course they intend to pursue at the Higher National Diploma level.
b) Also in addition to specific departmental requirements, the school also requires that all applying candidates must possess five (5) Ordinary Level credit passes, which they should get at one sitting or six (6) Ordinary Level credit passes at two (2 )sittings, which must include the following subjects listed below:
Mathematics,
English Language,
in any of the following examinations listed below:
West Africa Examination Council (WAEC),
National Examinations Council (NECO),
National Business and Technical Examinations Board [NABTEB] examination.
The school is also requiring from all applying candidates, that they must have at least:
One year Post National Diploma (ND) Industrial Experience,
Or have Two (2) years Post National Diploma Industrial Experience for candidates who had a pass grade at the National Diploma level.
Candidates should note that the Academic transcripts from the candidate’s Institution (except for graduands of Auchi Polytechnic) must be submitted before the application for the HND admission will be processed by the school board. Take note of this information, it is very Important for your application success.
2. PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA IN URBAN AND REGIONAL PLANNING
For candidates searching for admission into Auchi Poly to study Professional Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning, here are the requirements.
Candidates must possess a Higher National Diploma (HND) and National Diploma (ND) in Urban and Regional Planning of the Polytechnic or they must have/possess an equivalent qualification from other similar academic institutions whose programmes have earned NBTE accreditation.
Step by Step Procedures For Admission to HND in Auchi Polytechnic for the 2015/2016 Academic Session
using this medium, we wish to inform all candidates who are seeking admission into the HND programmes of AUCHI POLYTECHNIC, that the school has released the admission requirements, which includes the following:
Each candidates must make sure that they were offered admissions through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board during their ND programmes(s).
Please take note, that for any candidate that does not have an Admission Letter from JAMB for the ND programme, the school has deem it fit, that they are not qualified and are ineligible for the HND admission into the school.
This is mainly because such persons will not be mobilized for the NYSC programme.
All candidates who are interested should note that these requirements supersede the information contained in the Auchi Polytechnic’s prospectus, take note of this information too.
Auchi Polytechnic Higher National Diploma (HND) Admission Procedures For Submission of Application
All candidates should take note that the Auchi POLY application forms CAN be completed online through the academic institution’s portal @ www.auchipoly.edu.ng.
All applicants are required to pay the application fee, which is a non-refundable amount of ₦10,000 (Ten thousand Naira only) in cash. Please take note that this amount should be made payable to;

After a successful payment, you are expected to request an “Access Card” and a “leaflet” which contains further
instructions on how to use the Auchi Polytechnic Online Application platform. This information are contained in the
institution’s customized envelope, which is ONLY obtainable from the bank after a successful payment.
How TO Return the Auchi Polytechnic Application Form
All applying candidates should take note, that they are required to complete the applications forms online, and the procedures and guidelines are contained in the leaflet which usually accompanies the Application Request Access
Card.
Take note that all Completed applications must be submitted online. Thereafter follow the links on the portal to print out the following:
A copy of the Acknowledgement Slip: This acknowledgement slip will be presented at the screening venue before an applicant is screened for admission.
Two copies of the Application Form: These application forms, should be accompanied with photocopies of credentials and two (2) recent passport photographs. They should be enclosed in the Auchi Polytechnic academic institutions customized envelope, which is already purchased at the point of collection and returned to the bank where the Online Application Request Access Card was purchased.
Please take note that this SHOULD NOT BE MORE TWO MONTHS from the date of advertisement( in this case, Thursday August 20,2015).
Step by Step Procedures On How To USE The Auchi polytechnic Online Application Admission Platform
Please read and follow the steps below carefully to enable you know how to easily access the Auchi Polytechnic Application Admission platform.
Step 1: You are required to gently scratch the covered portion of the Admission request Access Card, just like a scratch card, you will be able to uncover and have access to the hidden access number (pin code).
It is always a 12 digit number.
Step 2: When you’ve seen your 12 digit access number, proceed to the school website: www.auchipoly.edu.ng to display the Auchi Polytechnic web Page.
Step 3: When the portal loads up, at the top left corner of the page, you will see the Admissions link. Click on NEW ADMISSIONS to commence your application.
Take note that if you have filled an application form previously with your access card, and you desire to edit or print copies of the form or Acknowledgement Slip, just enter your username and password then click login, this will give you access to your already filled registration form, and you can also print out the acknowledgement slip.
Step 4: Please take note that the Application Form Request Page will appear on your browser’s screen.
Step 5: Please proceed and fill the Application form with the correct details. Be truthful, because the information you provided will be used when the school will be giving you your results.
Important Note: When you are filling the application form, please provide a username, (preferably your e-mail address) and a password.
It is very important that you write your user-name and password in a safe place because you will need them for subsequent logins. Then type in the Access Card Pin Code as required. Then click “Submit” button.
Step 6: Proceed and complete the Application form that is displayed carefully. Make sure that you provide all required information correctly as false information may disqualify your application and the school will take a drastic action against you.
Step 7: Please ensure that you fill in the subjects and grades you obtained in the specified examinations you have taken.
Step 8: Also proceed and fill in Your Sponsorship and reference details as required and save the form.
Step 9: Take note that if you are sure that all information provided are correct you can finally click Submit to finish the application process.
Step 10: After clicking on the “Submit Button”, you will be asked to upload your passport. Make sure your passport is not larger than 2×2 inches in sizes.
Step 11: You can check back and see if the information you filled are correct. If all information you provided are correct, click on the “Submit Application Form.
Step 12: Lastly, you can also choose to print a copy of the Acknowledgement slip and two copies of the application form.
Step 13: Also ensure that you attach several photocopies of your credentials and birth certificate to the forms and enclose them in an envelope already purchased. Then submit the envelope at the Bank where you purchased the application access card.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
ALL candidates should take note, that after successfully completing the application form, candidates have access to re-open the form; anytime before the closing date by logging in with his/her username and password, for the purpose of editing and adding additional information.
BUT once you have clicked on the submit button and submitted the completed form online, he/she can no longer have access to the form for the purpose of editing, but the candidate can access the form to be able to print copies of the completed form.
