The management of the Federal Polytechnic Offa, has officially announced the OffaPoly Acceptance Fee schedule, and it’s payment procedure for the 2019/2020 academic session. This guide is for newly admitted students admitted into IJMB, National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND).
Using this medium, I’ll love to inform and notify members of the general public, especially candidates who were offered provisional admission into the Federal Polytechnic, Offa (OFFAPOLY) various programmes, including IJMB, National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes for 2019/2020, that the school authorities has announced the amount to be paid as acceptance fee, payment procedure and the payment deadline.
Offa Poly Acceptance Fee:
Candidates who are to pay the Acceptance fee are obviously, those whose names appeared on the school’s admission list.

Offa Poly Acceptance Fee Schedule:
- N15,000 (fifteen thousand naira only) for ND (full-time) and HND (full-time).
- N10,000 (ten thousand naira only) for IJMB.
The school admission board disclosed that all admitted candidates are advised to use the procedure shared below for the payment of acceptance fee:
a) Candidates are required to pay acceptance fee of the amount indicated above with the use of ATM card that is Inter switch compatible.
b) After a successful payment, you must ensure that you print the OffaPoly acceptance fee receipt online, then proceed and change to official receipt in the Bursary.
c) Print the admission letter on-line and present it to the Federal Polyechnic, Offa admissions office which is located at the Main campus for signing. (candidates must come along with the original copies of their certificates/results).
The deadline for this process are as follows:
HND Full-Time: 24th October, 2019 (for 1st Batch).
ND Full-time: 25th October, 2019 (for 1st & 2nd Batch).
ND Part-time: 31st October, 2019 (for 1st & 2nd Batch).
IJMB: 25th October, 2019 (for first batch).
The school admission board has disclosed that candidates who failed to complete the procedures as shown above, will forfeit the offers of admission.
