FUOtuoke Post UTME Registration Form, Cut off Marks for 2018/19 Is Out

THE Federal University, Otuoke, Fuotuoke Post UTME Application and Registration form for the 2018/2019 academic session is now on sale.

Using this platform, we wish to notify and inform the general public, especially all candidates who choose the academic institution as their preferred institution, that the Fuotuoke Post UTME Screening Exercise for the 2018/ 2019 Session has already commence.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please all candidates should note that the registration starts Thursday, July 12, 2018 and ends before 31st July 2018.

2. Fuotuoke Post UTME Cut Off Mark for Admission

The management board of the Federal University Otuoke, has disclosed that the Minimum UTME score for all candidates is 180. But there’s been no mention of cut off marks for different courses and programmes.

FUOTUOKE REGISTRATION FEE:

The official registration fee totals Two thousand Naira (N2,000). This is the amount you will be charged for POST-UTME Screening Exercise.

3. POST-UTME REGISTRATION

It is very important to note here, that all candidates who wishes to register for the FUOTUOKE POST UTME Screening, are to visit www.fuotuoke.edu.ng or http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng for detailed instructions for the online application.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE ONLINE APPLICATION

Starting your registration is very simply. All candidates are required to upload the following documents:
1. Recent Passport – size photograph
2. Copy of 2018 JAMB UTME original result printout
3. Copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O-Level Result
4. Copy of LGA Identification letter
5. Copy of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
6. Valid WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O-Level Result Checking Scratch Card Details

Payment Options

Please take note that you will be given two different payment options, either paying online with your mastercard, or going to the bank for deposit.

Also ensure that you use your JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBER as the depositor’s name in place of your name and keep the teller safely as the teller number will be used in the future.

Important Note:

Please do take note that your registration will be cancelled by the school administration if you use your name rather than your JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBER as depositor’s name.

After you have paid a successful payment, proceed and visit the University official website, or better still, just Click HERE “PUTME Registration”. Then fill the application form with the following details as shown below:

1. Name (in the same order as in your JAMB Slip)
2. JAMB Registration Number ( same as on your JAMB Slip)
3. Bank Name (Name of Bank where you made your deposit)
4. Teller number (as it appears on your Bank Teller)
5. E- mail address
6. Phone number

Before submitting the form, you should preview the information to make sure that they are correct, ONLY then should you click on Submit.

The next step to ensure your successful fuotuoke post utme registration, you must return to the school website after two days (48hrs) OR better still, after you immediately see the receipt of an SMS acknowledging your initial submission.

Please take note of the following reasons why your application will not be successful:

Your application will be rejected if your POST UTME score is less than 180, which is the official cut off marks for admission into Universities for the 2018/19 academic session.

If you entered a State of Origin which is different from the one indicated on your JAMB FORM, your application will be rejected.

IF you failed to upload a scanned passport photograph or a digital passport on the registration portal, your application will also be rejected. Take note of these reasons and avoid them as a plague.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDELINES

When registering for the fuotouke post utme screening exercise, please endeavor to scan your passport photograph or digital photograph.

Don’t forget to use the same name as you used in your JAMB UTME and in the same order (Either your first name before your last name, or vice versa. But the important tips here is to use the same name in the same order you used while registering for jamb)

This is the only means of communication with you. You should ONLY submit a valid e-mail address and phone number in your Registration form.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

All applying candidates should note that the Federal University Otuoke will not be responsible for unsuccessful applications as a result of invalid email address(es) and telephone number(s). This is the only means that the school will be able to reach you, to give you, either the good news or bad news about your admission status.

It’s vital for your admission status. So use an email that you can login and a phone number that is valid. Cross checked this details before submitting it.

SCHEDULE OF SCREENING EXERCISE

The school will share the following information through an SMS which will be sent to all candidates, this information includes:

SPECIFIC DAY,
TIME,
VENUE FOR THE SCREENING TESTS.

NOTE: It is very important for all candidates to note, that they will be screened for Post UTME Test on the day of the examination at the Faculty Building 1 on the Main Campus of Federal University Otuoke.

PUNCTUALITY.

Punctuality is highly welcome here. One thing you should be fully aware of, is that the post utme screening process takes a lot of time, this is because it involves biometric techniques such as finger print verification.

Take note that the school won’t entertain late comers, and if worst get to worst, late comers will not be screened.

Candidates who are resident outside Yenagoa are advised to come a day earlier. Please do take note that the University is not responsible for accommodating any candidate.

LISTS OF ITEMS TO BRING ALONG FOR THE SCREENING TEST

HB pencils and erasers.

Don’t bring along any biros or pens. This is prohibited and is not allowed.

Your Acknowledgement letter.DO NOT BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS INTO THE SCREENING TEST HALL

1. Mathematical Tables
2. Calculators
3. GSM Phones

All the items which are listed above will be confiscated if any candidates is caught with them. We seriously advice you against bringing these items into the screening hall.

Do be informed that the Federal University Otuoke will not be held liable for losses of GSM phones which will be seized from the candidates. To be forewarned, is to forearmed.

CANDIDATE’S DISQUALIFICATION

THE school has the full constitutional right to ban all candidates who make false declaration of the following:
JAMB UTME Scores,
Their Ordinary level grades [ssce, gce, neco and their equivalents]
State of origin

Anyone who is caught lying about this details shall not be considered for admission.

MODE OF DRESS DURING THE SCREENING TEST

You should dress decently. Don’t come as if you’re coming for a birthday party or bash. But dress up as a responsible student who is pursuing a brighter future.
