I am happy to inform all Prospective Students of the Federal University, Otuoke, that the school Management board has just released the instruction for completing the 2018/2019 online clearance.
How To Complete The Federal University, Otuoke Online Clearance For 2018/19
Important Information:
Acceptance fee is → N10, 000.
Verification of result is → N1, 000.
Please, we sincerely advice you to go to a reliable Internet Centre that has knowledgeable staff to process your clearance.

Because the Federal University Otuoke will be held responsible for any errors or non-receipt of documents purportedly uploaded by you.

Take note that it is YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that all filled-in details are accurate.
→ buy an FU Otuoke Acceptance e-Pin slip from Diamond Bank Yenagoa.
→ go to www.fuotuoke.edu.ng and click on (Admission/Clearance Procedures)
→ Then click on (Step 2: Online Clearance)
→ Your existing details filled in the Post-UTME Form will be used.
So note that any error noticed by you can only be corrected through the Admissions Office.
→ fill in any details required in the empty spaces provided.
Also make sure that you have provide accurate and up-to-date information.
→ scan and upload the documents required in Part B below.
To ensure a speedy clearance verification process, do make sure that all scanned and uploaded documents are clear and are of the right size.
→ To verify that your online clearance has been properly done, please make sure that you preview your filled-in details at the last stage of the clearance wizard before submitting.
Do any corrections now, as making corrections later after you have submitted the form will be very difficult.
→ Proceed to the Registrar’s Office, which is located at:
FUOtuoke for documents verification by the FU Otuoke Admissions Office.
Also note that physical verification of documents will begin on a set date by the school management board.
We advise to to bring along side with you, the original copies of the same set of documents used for the online clearance, as any discrepancy could cost you your admission.
Do bring a copy of your Post-UTME Application printout.
PART B → DOCUMENTS REQUIREMENTS:
All concerned students should know that documents should be scanned and attached in JPEG/JPG format.
→ a. WAEC/NECO/SSCE/GCE/ (O/L) NABTEBresult.
You are allowed a maximumof two (2) results.
→ b. Signed Statutory Declaration.
→ c. Two (2) Signed Attestation Letters addressed to:
The Registrar,
Federal University, Otuoke,
Bayelsa State. Nigeria
→ d. Birth Certificate/Age Declaration
→e. Local Government Area Identification Letter.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT THESE ARE THE DOCUMENTS WHICH ARE REQUIRED FROM YOU FOR VERIFICATION AT THE ADMISSIONS OFFICE Federal University OTUOKE:
→ i. The original copy of your Admission Letter.
→ ii. The Signed Acceptance Form.
→ iii. All original documents used for the Online Clearance, as mentioned in step B above.
→ iv. The Printed Original JAMB Admission Letter from JAMB website.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
You are NOT to pay school fees until you have done your clearance.
Please make sure that you have verified your documents, through the Faculty Officer of your Faculty at Federal University Otuoke and have been told to go and pay your fees, so to avoid stories that touches the heart.
Take note that FuOtuoke School Fees are to be paid at Diamond Bank Yenagoa Branch.

- If you are in doubt, please contact the Registrar on his personal phone number which can be found on the school official website.
- Do not patronize un-registered or roadside Cyber Cafes or Internet Centre to scan and process your documents online, as most local cyber cafes do not have the requisite skills and resources to do a proper job.
- If you are having problems or in doubt, don’t forget to visit the Federal university Otuoke official website and call the support lines displayed above.
For your own good, do not listen to rumours or hear-say.
You might fall victim to touts and local thieves.
