Obafemi Awolowo University Temporary Held To A Stand Still Because of Hike in Fee

Using this medium, the Dailyschoolnews Nigeria team wishes to inform and notify the general public, that the Obafemi Awolowo University is held to a stand still because of the hike in school fee by the school management board team.
Well, it is yet another confrontation day in Obafemi Awolowo University as Great Ife students march in their thousands to the Senate Building to protest their school fees hike. To that effect, all vehicular movement has been prevented as massive road blocks are mounted on ALL roads inside the campus.

As at the time of compiling this article, none of the school authority’s representatives has come out to address the students and the school management board has asked the school securities to lock up the school senate Building because of fear, of what the aggressive students might do next.

It would be recalled that the Prof. Omole led administration increased the school fees of fresh students from a minimum fee of 40,000 to a maximmum fee of 90,000 and also a similar 300% increment of the returning students’ fees.

The true is that the Hike is too much! from 40,000 Naira to 90,000?
