Latest educational news reaching us today, is that the KWASU Diploma form for 2014/2015 admission into the School of Visual and Performing Arts is out on sale, this information was announced by the school management board.

Using this medium, we would love to inform and notify all persons who are interested in applying for this Diploma programme at Kwara State University for 2014/15 academic session, that admission has commenced.

All applicants and interested persons should note that the Kwara State University (kwasu) School of Visual and Performing Arts is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Diploma Programs in the following areas as listed below:

Acting
Directing
Dancing
Filming
Music
Fine Arts
Entertainment and Event Management

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS INTO THE KWASU VISUAL AND PERFORMING ARTS DIPLOMA

We are delighted to notify all candidates, that this programme is a four-year degree programme. You must have at least three credit passes including:
* English Language in General Certificate of Education (GCE) ‘O’ Level,
* West Africa school Certificate (WAEC),
* National Examination Council (NECO)
* National Board of Technical Education Board (NABTEB).

All applicants should note that they must and are required to have a vast working experience in any field of visual and Performing Arts with the ability to do the following:
Communicate,
Write and think in English will also be considered.

All aspirants, candidates and applicants should note that the shortlisted applicant for the Kwara State University Diploma in Visual and Performing Arts will undergo auditioning or portfolio review which will take place between Monday, the 15th of September, 2014 to Friday, the 19th of September,2014.
