Cultism: Three Students Threaten to K!ll Their Fellow Student

Cult is something every wise child avoids, and it’s not something one can boastfully claim to be associated with in public, but it seems some persons lack the wisdom to see through the facade of cultism, a life full of stress, disturbance, bloody fights, anxiety among others.

This is coming from Ogun state, Nigeria, as the Nigeria police force in Ogun State have arrested three Polytechnic students in Ogun over cultism. our correspondent gathered that the suspects have been threatening to kill a colleague of theirs for failing to join their cult group for sometimes now.

Our correspondent was able to gather that the men of the Ogun State police command attached to the anti-crime patrol team, Agbara Division on Friday, arrested three students of ICT Polytechnic, Igbesa, in Ado Odo/Ota Local Government area, when they start threatening to kill another male student if he failed to become a member of Vikings Confraternity (Cult group).

The names of the three suspects who were arrested are:
1. Kenneth Mokwunye,
2. Adigun David,
3. Okwuma Obiora.

While relaying this information, the Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Muyiwa Adejobi, said that the suspects have been threatening to kill this colleague of theirs for failing to join their cult group for sometimes now.

The PRO disclosed this and we quote: “Based on this threat, the student eventually raised the alarm for his safety.”

Also speaking on this issue, the Ogun state Commissioner of Police, Mr. Ikemefuna Okoye, commended the victimised student for exposing the threats of the suspected cultists, and praised him for not falling into their trap.

The state commissioner, Adejobi added this and we quote: i advised other students who experience such to reveal their ordeals in the hands of these devilish cultists to security operatives in order to save their lives and that of others.”
