NYSC 2014 Update: NYSC Management Board Release 2014 Batch ‘B’ Mobilization List

Using this medium, the Dailyschoolnews Nigeria team wishes to inform the Nigeria general public, and most especially, all NYSC members, particular all prospective batch B corps members that the 2014 Batch ‘B’ Mobilization list has been released by the board.

We would love you to note that the 2014 Batch ‘B’ prospective Corps Members are advised to start checking their names starting from Today, today, 18th of June, 2014 from their various institutions attended.

Please ensure that while checking, you are expected to note their call-up numbers, and if there is any mistakes in their details, kindly report to Students Affairs Officer who will then forward to NYSC for corrections.

The National Youth Service Corps Year comprises of four (4) main segments in which every Corps Members must satisfactorily participate before he/she is qualified to be issued a certificate of National Service. The service year therefore comprises of:

* Orientation Courses
* Primary Assignment
* Community Development Service
* Winding – Up/Passing – out

All SAOs, NYSC State Secretariats and the general public are hereby informed that the 2014 Batch B Time-table is out.

1. Registration of Foreign Nigerian Graduates – Starts from the 14th of April, 2014 – 11th of July, 2014

2. Batch ‘B’ pre-Mobilization, Deployment & Relocation Officers’ Workshop – Starts from the 6th – 9th June, 2014

3. Submission of Masterlist by Corps Producing Institution/Screening/Vetting by Mob. officers. – Starts from the 2nd – 7th June, 2014

4. Delivery of Print-outs to CPIs – Starts from the 16th of June – 18th June, 2014

5. Return of Corrected Printouts by Institutions to Mobilization Dept – Starts from the 25th of June – 27th June, 2014

6. Briefing of Final year Students/Prospective Corps members in CPIs – Starts from the 7th of July – 11th July, 2014.

7. Delivery of Call-up letters to CPIs – Starts from the 28th of July – 31st July, 2014

8. 2014 Batch ‘B’ Orientation Programmes. – Starts from the 5th of August – 26th August, 2014
