NYSC Lauched Mobile Application Which Can Be Used For Printing Call-up Letters

According to information reaching our news desk, the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) management board has launched a mobile application for corps members, which will be able to give all Corps Members access to their posting online.

According to the NYSC technical team, the application can accomplish multiply tasks. This App was launched by the NYSC Director-General, Brigadier-General Johnson Olawumi, who disclosed to news men that the app will enable corpers communicate and also access online content of the scheme using their mobile phones anywhere there’s Service in the country.

The Director General also said that the introduction of the mobile app was a tool for information dissemination that will fast track easy link between the scheme and its public and will be made available for free downloads in the online stores of Google and Blackberry for corps members to download into their phones and tablets without paying a single fee.

Also speaking at the meeting, is the acting director of ICT department of NYSC, Joseph Abu who said that the mobile app will technologically put the scheme in the pockets of corps members as information which includes the following:

Service Guide,
Bye laws,
Security tips,
Health Tips,
Distress Issues,
Chatting Platform,
Language Lessons,
Service news amongst others.
