2014/2015 Public Health Nursing Application Forms On Sale at Bayelsa State College of Health Technolgy

Using this platform, the Dailyschoolnews team wishes to inform the general public, and most especially, all aspirants that the below mentioned institution is inviting all suitably qualified candidates into the following Academic programs of the college- Public Health Nursing (Higher national Diploma)

Please before applying, you should note that this program leads to the award of the higher national diploma in public health nursing by the west african health examination board (WAHEB)

Qualification Requirements:
Please all prospective candidate must possess a minimum of five O/Level credit passess in WAEC/GCE in not more than two sittings. You must possess the results and they must include the following subjects listed below.
English,
Maths,
Biology/health science

and any other of the following subjects:

Chemistry,
Geography,
Economics,
Literature,
Accounts,
Physics.

All candidates are expected and required to possess any of the following in addition to the above

– Nigeria registered nurse certificate
– Nigeria registered midwife certificate

For maile in additon to be a registered nurse, any other post basic qualification

Programmer Duration: Two (2) academic sessions.

Here’s a detailed guidelines as how the registration process goes:

1. You will be required to go to any Diamond bank branch nationwide and get your E-pin, which will cost you the sum of 6,000 (six thousand naira) only.
2. Then you will need to go online and log on to online.bscht.ac and complete the online application form.
3. Ensure that you have a clear scan of your credentials, because your passport photograph will be captured using a web camera available on the computer you are using for the registration.
Please note that you will not need to scan and upload a photograph for the registration. Your captured image will be okay, so ensure that there’s a web camera available on the computer you’re using to register.
All candidates must make sure that the computer they are using has a web camera.
4. Note that you should print out the generated acknowledgement letter and your application form.

Advice
All candidates are advised to make some photocopies of the acknowledgement letter and application form, because they will surely come in handy at some point in time, avoid rush hour stuffs, and get everything prepared, including copies of your acknowledgement letter.
