2014/2015 Public Health Nursing Admission Forms Available & On Sale At Oyo State of Hygiene

Using this medium, the Dailyschoolnews Nigeria wishes to inform the genera public, and most especially, all aspirants of the below mentioned institution, that applications are currently been invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Public Health Nursing school of Hygiene at Oyo State for 2014/2015 academic session.

Entry Requirements:
Requirement Number 1.
You will be needing up to 5 Credit passes O/Level in WASC or NECO exam which must include the following subjects.
English Language,
Mathematics,
Biology or Health Science,
Physics,
Chemistry, and any other subject at not more than two sittings.

Requirement Number 2.
All Registered Nurse and Midwife (for females) or registered Psychiatry Nurse or any other discipline in Nursing field of not less than 1year course.

Programme Duration: Four Semesters
Examination Date: 3^rd of June 2014
Interview Date: 1^st of July 2014
School Resumption Date: 25^th of August 2014

Important Note:
1. All aspirants/applying candidates should note that all applicants are required and MUST pay the sum of four thousand naira only (N4,000.00) to OYSG (PAY DIRECT), Account code 4020124 to the following banks:

2. All Applicants should note that immediately after two weeks (of payment to the bank) you are required to come to the School (Accounts) with the teller to obtain the receipt.

3. Then while going for the exercise, registration, etc you should present the following documents:

2 Copies of receipt collected from school
2 Photostat copies of credentials
N500 for Scratch Card

4. All applying candidates/Applicants should log on to www.soheibadan.com with the scratch card to fill the admission form
