LATEST educational news reaching our news desk today, which is also good news, is that the leadership of the University of Ilorin (Unilorin) has revealed that the academic institution will be producing and also graduating more than forty eight (48) First Class graduates and 106 Ph.D. holders in the upcoming convocation ceremony of the institution.
The Dailyschoolnews Nigeria team were informed of this development by the Deputy Director of Corporate Affairs, Mr. Kunle Akogun. According to Mr. Kunle, the upcoming 30th convocation ceremony of the Unilorin will have about 5,421 graduands.
Mr. Kunle also disclosed to our correspondent that a total of one thousand, one hundred and ninety (1,190) graduands, would be graduating with Second Class Upper degree, while two thousand, Eight hundred and fourteen (2,814) would be graduating with Second Class Lower degree.
Please note that the Unilorin Convocation Ceremony will hold between the 20th of October and the 23rd of October 2014.
