Educational update reaching our news desk this morning, is that the Rivers State College of Health Science and Technology Admission Form for the 2014 academic session has been released by the school leadership/authorities.

According to the management team of the academic institution hereby invites application from interested and equally qualified candidates for the 2014 admission.

i. Medical Laboratory Technician Course (Entry Requirements):

You need up to Five (5) credits at WASC/GCE or NECO which must include the following under listed subjects.
* English Language,
* Chemistry,
* Biology,
* Physics,
* Pass Mathematics.

Likewise, all candidates must posses any of the listed qualifications as listed below;
Nigerian Registered Nurse Certificate,
Nigerian Registered Midwifery Certificate,
Psychiatric Nurse Certification (or Accident and Emergency Certificates: for males)
plus one year post qualification experience.

Course Duration: 3 years.
ii. Abridgment/Refreshers HND Programme (Entry Requirements):

National Diploma in Public Health Nursing;
In addition to five credits in the following subjects listed below.
* English Language,
* Chemistry,
* Physics,
* Biology and a pass in Mathematics in WASC/NECO/GCE.

Course Duration: 2 years.

How To Apply for Admission:

All interested applicants are required by the school management team to pay the sum of N7,000.oo (Seven Thousand Naira Only) at any of the commercial banks listed beneath:

* ECO BANK PLC,
* FIDELITY BANK PLC (these two banks are both situated within the college campus)
When you go to any of the above banks, meet the customer care personnel and inform them that you want to pay for the Rivers State College of Health Science and Technology Admission.
