Latest educational news reaching our news desk this morning, is that the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, popularly known as (JAMB) has extended the closing date for the sale of application forms for the Computer Based Test, CBT, to Sunday, the 6th of April, 2014.
All candidates should note that this extension would give assess for more candidates who are eager to get admitted into tertiary education who could not register for the Paper Pencil Test (PPT) mode.
This extension, is also given to make sure, that every Nigerian is given equal educational opportunity. According to the statement, “The Board wishes to state that it would shut its site after the expiration of this new date to allow for proper logistics and planning in preparation for the 2014 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) on Computer Based Test mode, which has been scheduled to commence from the 17th of May.
“Candidates are therefore advised to make good use of this opportunity the extension has provided”
