According to information reaching our news desk this morning, the Kaduna State University, popularly known as (KASU) academic calendar for the 2013/2014 academic session has been released by the school management board/authorities.

First Semester Examination:

1. Registration of Returning Students,
31st March – 4th Apr, 2014
(1 Week).

2. Lectures for all Students,
7th Apr – 24th May, 2014
( 7 Weeks).

3. Mid-Semester Break,
25th May – 1st June, 2014
( 1 Week).

4. Lectures for all Students,
2nd June – 12th July, 2014
( 6 Weeks).

5. Release of Continuous Assessment Results,
4th July, 2014.

6. Examination and Marking;
14th – 26th July, 2014
(2 Weeks)

7. Compilation of Results by Departments,
28th July – 1st Aug, 2014
(1 Week)

8. Consideration of Results by Faculty Board,
4th – 5th Aug, 2014.

9. Consideration of Results by Senate,
7th Aug, 2014.

10. Release of Results,
8th Aug, 2014.

11. First Semester Break,
27th July-10th Aug, 2014.

Kaduna State university (KASU) 2nd Semester:

1. Lectures for all Students,
11th August – 27th Sept, 2014
(7 Weeks).

2. Mid-Semester Break,
28th Sept – 5th Oct, 2014
(1 Week).

3. Lectures for all Students,
6th Oct – 15th Nov, 2014
(6 Weeks).

4. Release of Continuous Assessment Results,
7th Nov, 2014.

5. Examinations and Marking,
17th – 29th Nov, 2014 (2 Weeks).

1st – 5th Dec, 2014.
