How to Register for the University of Benin (UNIBEN) Post-UTME Exams

After receiving series of requests from our readers asking for the simple guidelines on how to register for the university of Benin post utme examination.

If you are aware, just some eww days ago, the University of Benin announced the commencement of her 2013/2014 post UTME screening exercise.

It is no secret that the institution management board did tried their best to digitalize the whole process, some Post-UTME applicants still find it difficult to apply for admission for the 2013/2014 academic session.

Now, just follow the guidelines below, but before you even proceed, make sure that:
1. You really applied for UNIBEN, which is to say, that you choose the University of Benin as your first choice in the just concluded jamb examination.
2. You have a valid email address
3. You scored up to the minimum cut off mark for UNIBEN Post-UTME

When you have just confirmed the above, just to http://uniben.waeup.org

and click on application at the top of the website.

On the very next page that opens up, just click on Post-UTME Screening Exercise 2013/2014 as showed above

Then Proceed to Click on Register for application.
Now, when you have clicked on the register for application option, you will be directed to a form filling page.

Make sure that you input your correct details such as your FIRSTNAME, LAST NAME etc, but make sure that you did fill the form with the details which you used in filling your JAMB REGISTRATION form.
You can also use the information on your JAMB RESULT SLIP and your JAMB registration number to correctly dill the form.
Then make sure that you enter a Valid email address where your password will be sent to.

Click on Button below titled “Send Login Credentials to email address”

After that, go to your email and you will see your login details (USERNAME and PASSWORD) that you will use for all your subsequent logins until you finally submit your application form to the school management.

Go to http://uniben-kofa.waeup.org,

When it opens up, just click on Post–UTME screening Test 2012/2013.
On the Application Portal front page, click on ‘Login’ (it is at the top right corner of the page)

Then make sure that you enter your username and the password that you got from your email to login.
To start the application process, please click on ‘Edit application record’ and provide all required information and upload your passport photograph

Ensure that you upload a clear 1” x 1” COLOURED passport photograph with red background in JPEG format only.
PLEASE NOTE that the photograph uploaded will be the only valid ID for all admitted candidates throughout their stay in the University of Benin and that if it is not in JPEG format then its invalid, so before uploading your passport photograph, make sure it is in a JPEG format.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES!
Please note that for payment, ensure that you have the amount in your Cashcard. and speaking from personal experience, MasterCard is the best for payment.

To pay for the Application, click on:
‘Add online payment ticket’ which can be located at the bottom of the page.
Then click on:

‘College Pay’

on the top left corner of the page.

Just make sure that you follow the instruction to pay with an ATM-Enabled Verve or Master Cards. Use MasterCard if you have one, because it is the best, but you can also use Verve.

Important Notice:
note that application fee is N3, 550.00 ONLY and payment is through the Interswitch payment gateway

Then ensure that you preview and confirm your information before submitting your application on-line and then print out an acknowledgement slip that contains your screening schedule.

That is it!!.

Now you can register for the University of Benin post utme exercise using the guidelines above.
