Most Desired Universities by JAMB UTME 2015 Candidates

We have more than 180 Universities in Nigeria, and out of this huge number of NUC approved Varsities, some universities are more popular than others with JAMB UTME 2015 students! The University of Ilorin (Unilorin) got the highest number of JAMB UTME applicants with over 85,945 candidates seeking admission into the academic institution.

While the:
University of Benin (Uniben) in Edo State, got over 60,020 JAMB UTME applicants,
Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka (Unizik) with over 58,410 UTME applicants.

The 4th most desired school by the 2015 jamb utme student is the University of Nigeria, Nsukka – UNN (57,539 applicants),
The 5th most sought after is Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria – ABU (52,785 applicants),
While the 6th most sought-after institutions is the University of Lagos – UNILAG (49,059 applicants) respectively.

Other desired schools by the 2015 JAMB UTME registrants are, Bayero University, Kano with more than 38,032 applicants and Delta Stae University, Abraka with up to 23,075 applicants.

Obafemi Awolwo University, Ile-fe, 34,409
University Of Ibadn, with 38,520 applicants.
University Of Uyo with 33,297 applicants.
University Of Port-Harcourt with 28,254 applicants.
