It’s simply no longer news that the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) 2015/2016 UTME Registration has already commenced her official jamb 2015 registration, which is billed to start from September, the 15th and ends on January, the 19th, 2015.
According to information reaching our news desk today, the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has through her public relation officer, announced that sales of application form for the 2015/2016 Unified Tertiary and Matriculation Examination (UTME), and we’ve also verified that the sales of the JAMB application form has already commence on Monday, the 15th of September, 2014 in all 36 states of Nigeria, and the sales of the JAMB 2015 form is billed to close on Thursday, the 15th of January 2015.
It’s also important that all applicants should note that the website, which caters for online registration will automatically close on Monday, the 19th of January, 2015
Important Details You Should Know About JAMB 2015 CBT Examination
1. All interested candidates should note that the 2015/2016 UTME examination will be ONLY Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. There won’t be any PPT or DPT, which was used in the JAMB UTME 2014.
2. The official jamb registration price is Four thousand, Five Hundred Naira (N4500) only, any center asking for a higher price is lying, and you should do good to report it to the jamb board, to save your fellow jamb students.
3. All applicants should please, note that the JAMB 2015 Registration cards are obtainable from the following banks and NIPOST which are listed below:
Zenith Bank Plc,
Skye Bank Plc,
Union Bank Plc,
First Bank plc.
4. When you purchase the form from any of the banks or Nipost listed above, you will be given the following documents.
* Syllabus for the examination in a softcopy
* Guidelines on admission (Brochure) which comes in a soft copy, giving you the full and complete list of tertiary institutions and available programmes of study (All these are at no extra cost)
5. The JAMB board also require all applying candidates, to pay the sum of Five hundred Naira (N500) only to obtain the newly introduced book titled: “The Last Days at Forcados High School.”
Take note that this book will be issued to candidates when they’re registering, but ONLY after they must have shown evidence of payment.
6. Once again, we want to make it clear, that ONLY Computer Based (cbt) centres, which are verified and authorized by the JAMB board, are register candidates for the 2015/2016 UTME, others who would be doing this, are going against the law and if caught, will be sued by the legal bodies.
7. The examination will last for 17 days, so the venue of the examination will be at the candidates chosen town during registration, ensure you chose the town you want to write your cbt examination.
8. Candidates should note that regardless of their choice of course of study or method of testing, they will all be using this book titled: “The Last Days at Forcados High School” written by A.H. Mohammed
9. All candidates should also take note, that the 2015 JAMB CBT examination will be conducted, starting from Saturday, the 28th of February to Saturday, 14th of March 2015
10. Candidates, who had mistakenly damage or lose their scratch cards before the 2015 registration will have to purchase another one to be legally registered. Ensure you don’t lose your scratch card before and after the registration.
11. Like what many students experienced in 2014, where JAMB cancelled any student who is found guilty of multiple registration, this year 2015, any form of Multiple registrations are not allowed. Any candidates who register more than once will have their entire result cancelled by the JAMB board.
12. All applying candidates should commence their registration with immediate effects! Please note that there will be no extension of the registration date! So commence your registration immediately!
