The Neco 2014 examination has been scheduled to commence on the 23rd of May, 2014 to the 10th of July, 2014.

Important Details about the June/July 2014 Neco Examination
This is an important notice to all candidates and schools:
1: For Physical Education and Auto Mechanics Practical Paper I, French, Music, and Arabic Paper IV, the specific venues for the examinations should be confirmed from NECO Office in the respective state.
2: Please note that for Practical in the following:
Sciences,
Stenography,
Computer Studies,
Data Processing,
should be in sets where the number of candidates is large and equipment cannot go round
3: IT’s also important that you are aware that VISUAL ART PAPER IV [CREATIVE DESIGN] SHOULD BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES AT LEAST ONE WEEK, WHILE WELDING AND FABRICATION, ENGINEERING CRAFT PRACTICE THREE WEEKS TO EXAMINATION DAY.
4: Be aware that the Nigerian Languages, which are as follows:
Hausa,
Igbo,
Yoruba,
include Literature aspect.
5: Please note that coming into the examination hall with any electronic gadgets like iphones, Mobile phones or anything compromising is prohibited by the Examination body.
6: Use of scientific calculator is not allowed in the 2014 Neco Examination.
7: The Albinos and blind candidates are to be given 15 minutes extra time across all subjects in their respective schools.
