Latest information reaching our news portal this morning, is that the Federal University of Technology Owerri authorities has just released the first batch of Postgraduate admissions for 2013/2014 Session.
just in case you saw our last publication, where we shared a notice about the “2013/2014 FUTO Postgraduate Admission List Released“, well, it was pasted on the school notice board, however, the list has been released online for candidates who did not have the resource or time to go check the list at the school notice board.
Concerned Candidates should visit the school official website @ pgapply.futo.edu.ng to check admission status.
Important Note
All short listed candidates should go to any branch of First Bank Plc or FUTO Microfinance bank and pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of N40,000.
Guidelines and Procedures on How to Pay Futo 2014 Acceptance Fee
Guide 1: You’re required to visit any branch of First Bank Plc or FUTO Microfinance bank and pay a non-refundable fee of N40,000(Forty thousand Naira) PG Acceptance fee, note that you MUST be given an E-Tranzact receipt which should contain a Confirmation pin and Receipt number. (Please make sure that you do NOT lose this information, keep it safe!).
Please make sure that the following:
a. your FULL NAMES,
b. PHONE NUMBER,
c. MODE OF STUDY (FULL TIME OR PART TIME,)
d. PROGRAMME (PGD, MBA, M.SC, M.ENG, MPH, PH.D)
are clearly captured by the bank.
Guide 2: After paying the fee and obtaining the e-tranzact receipt, you are required to visit pgapply.futo.edu.ng and Click on “Check Admission Status” link by the side bar.
guide 3: Please enter your email address or Form number.
Guide 4: After you have entered the requirements as stated in guide 3, you need to click “Next”, however, you can either view your details or continue with your payment.
Guide 5: For you to successfully To view your details, kindly click the “View details” link. To make payment, click on “Proceed to Payment”
Guide 6: To continue with your payment, kindly enter your confirmation order and Receipt number on the E-tranzact slip you got from the bank.
Guide 7: Click on “Continue”.
Guide 8: After doing this, you will be required to click on “Print Acceptance Receipt” to print your receipt.
Guide 9: Please make sure that you pint out the provisional Admission Letter, proceed to postgraduate school with your etranzact slip, acceptance fees receipt and online provisional admission letter to collect confirmation of admission.
Guide 10: Thereafter, proceed to the department for clearance. You will be given username and password to FUTO Eduportal. With your username and password you will log on to the portal to generate your school fees invoice which you will use to pay your school fees at any branch of First bank or FUTO Microfinance bank on campus.
