The Taraba School of Nursing management board has announced through their public relations speaker, that the school is expected To commence activities in May. According to the acting state governor, Alhaji Garba Umar, who disclosed this while inspecting facilities at the school’s site, expressed satisfaction with the quality of work which is currently ongoing in the site.
just in case you don’t know, Taraba school of nursing has been inactive for over 10 years now , after been closed down by The Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria over lack of adequate facilities, amongst other issues.
Alhaji Umar who had also inspected facilities earlier at the Jolly Nyame Stadium in continuation of his projects inspection and commissioning tour which was flagged off on Thursday.
The acting governor, who is currently in place for the elected aid governor, has so far inspected and inaugurated projects in four out of the 16 local government areas in the state and he is expected to visit the remaining ones in the coming days.
According to the acting governor and the engineer, they said that all Works on the project is expected to be completed by april ahead of its commencement in may.
