University of Ibadan DIRECT ENTRY and UTME Clearance for Newly Admitted Students Has Commence!

The University of Ibadan Direct Entry And UTME Clearance For Her Newly Admitted Students, Also Known As Freshers, Has Been Fixed And Has Already Commence Today, Being The 15th Of October {2012/2013}

We are using this medium to inform the newly admitted students of The University of Ibadan {UI}, which are both UTME and Direct Entry Candidates, and who have been offered provisional admission into UI, that the Admissions Clearance Exercise has been fixed by the educat to commence Today, being the 15th Of October, 2012 and ends on Friday, the 26th October 2012.

All Successful candidates for the Admissions Clearance Exercise are required to pay the sum of NGN10,000.00 {Ten thousand naira only}

The Acceptance Fee Could be paid into the Admission Processing Fee Account at Any First Bank of Nigeria Plc.With The Account Number: 2018156959

You could bring in the teller as evidence of acceptance of the offer of provisional admission, then you are to log into UI official Website, where you are to provide the payment details online at the university website at UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN and you are then to print out a receipt to confirm Your payment details have been submitted online.

Please all the Admitted Students are expected to report to the appropriate designated venues from 8.30a.m daily for their clearance exercise.

The venues which was assigned to the Faculties are stated below:

FIRST Venue: Gamaliel Onosode Park, Behind Trenchard Hall {Faculties of Arts and Law candidates.}

SECOND Venue: Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Foyer. {Faculties of Agriculture And Forestry and Veterinary Medicine candidates.}

Third Venue: Zoology Lecture Theatre {in the Faculty of Science} and also at {Faculties of Science and Technology candidates.}

Fourth Venue: Arts Theatre {Central Administration Area} and also at the {College of Medicine, Faculties of Pharmacy, Education and The Social Sciences candidates}

All Admitted Candidates are required to come along with the following documents:

1. Letter of Invitation for the Monday, 9th July 2012 Post UTME Screening Exercise.

2. The Original, and 4 photocopies of JAMB Admission Letter {if available} you can get your Original Jamb Admission Letter by using the search bar.

3. The UI Admission Acceptance Form which could be downloaded from the internet.

4. The Original and other 4 photocopies of the JAMB-UTME result slip. Please note that if you don’t have your Original Jamb Utme Result Slip, you can get it by using the search bar on this website.

5. The Original and 4 photocopies of 0′level results. Which are {WAEC, NECO, IGC}.

6. The Original and 4 photocopies of Birth Certificate or Sworn Declaration of Age. You can get a Sworn Declaration Of Age in any court room in your area.

7. You are to come with Two letters of reference from two reputable persons. on letter headed papers {preferably Middle level government employee or a clergymen} Please note the Student religious leaders are excluded from this.

8. Ten {10} recent passport size photographs, which must show your frontal facial view. Please note that the Size should be 5.2cm x5.2cm. While the Name of the candidate {surname first} should be written at the back of the photographs. To stamp your identity.

9. The Original and 4 photocopies of bank tellers for the payment of NGN 2,000 {Two Thousand Naira} and NGN10,000 {Ten Thousand Naira} Admission’s Processing and Acceptance fees.

10. You are to come with a file with tag.
