The list which is already available to all registered candidate of the Institution who took their Exam,is ready for all candidates.
To check the admission list,login with your given candidate’s application number which is displayed for access in the school official Website..
Also Note that Admission Status checking will be totally close down on 30-Jan-2012 11:59:00 PM.
So beware of your timing and do everything possible to do it before it’s too late.

Procedures For Acceptance Of Offer/Screening For Offa Poly 2011 Admission:
All Candidates are advised to check their admission status on this website.
All Successful candidates should follow the procedures which are listed below for payment of acceptance fee and screening of ‘O’ Level results.

Follow This Guideline Seriously.
step 1.
Check your name on the admission list in the school official website Or log into Their official website
Step 2.
Click on the
“Click here to check your Admission Status” link which will be shown to you,once you logged into their website.
Step 3.
Enter your application number to get to your profile personal page.
step 4.
Print out your admission letter if you are successful
step 5.
Proceed to either
First Bank Nig.Plc
OR
Zenith Bank Nig. Plc to pay in your acceptance fee of N5,000.00.
Which is
Five thousand naira only
and five hundred naira commission.
step 6.
Collect a virtual pin number from either First Bank of nig Plc or Zenith Bank Nig. Plc,either of them that you did pay in your acceptance fee.
step 7.
Login to your profile page as described above to load your purse and pay your acceptance on the net.
step 8.
Generate online receipt and proceed to the Polytechnic Cash office to obtain official receipt.
step 9.
Proceed to the Registrar’s Office (Admission Officer) to get your admission letter signed.
step 10.
Proceed to your Departmental Registration Officer for Screening and Registration.
step 11.
Upon successful screening, you will collect your payment code from the Departmental Registration Officer.
step 12.
Login to the Student Portal with your Application Number as username and the Payment code as the password.
This is very important.
Example.
Username.
[put in your Application Number]password
[payment code]
step 13.
Check your fees on the net.
step 14.
Proceed to the bank(First Bank Nig.Plc or Zenith Bank Nig.Plc) to buy virtual card for your fees
step 15.
Proceed and Load your purse on the student portal, then proceed with your course registration online.
step 16
Print out 2 (two) copies of official school fees receipt on-line
step 17.
Proceed to the Polytechnic Cash Office to get your on-line school fees receipt authenticated.
step 18.
Proceed to your Registration Officer for documentation of your on-line registration.
