It;s very saddening that as the 2016 jamb cbt examination draws nearer, we have some pressing issues which i think the jamb board of directors needs to address, even though the examination is completely computer right now, there are still chances that some candidates will be using “expo” in the examination.
It is no longer breaking news that UTME candidates of nowadays go into the examination hall with a mindset to cheat and pass their examination with flying colors, it’s embarrassing to see reasons with these students.
However, one thing that keeps drifting into my mind, is this; If these students gain admission through a JAMB examination which they cheated is, then what is these students going to do at the tertiary institution?
The daunting question is this; WHY is there is little or no tolerance for malpractices in JAMB and Nigerian varsities?
One thing we’re trying our best to do, is eliminate all forms of malpractice and ensure that our students get the best tutoring services and recommended materials, which will go a long way in helping them sufficiently prepare for the exam, and this has worked well in our favour over the years; our record remains untarnished.
Regards.
