2014/2015 Federal Polytechnic Ilaro Post-UTME Screening Exams and Registration Guidelines

According to information reaching our news desk, the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro leadership has just announced the commencement of their Post-UTME Applications for the 2014/2015 academic session.

SO therefore, using this platform, the Dailyschoolnews Nigeria wishes to notify all interested candidates that the school hereby requested from all interested candidates who wrote 2014/2015 UTME and picked Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro as their first or second choices of institution for a screening exercise.

Qualification

All applying candidates who have chose the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro as their 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th choice and
whose score is not below 150 in 2014 UTME are qualified for the 2014/2015 postutme examination.

Every applicant is required/expected to pay a screening fee of one thousand naira only (N1,000.00).

It’s expected of every applying applicant to pay the sum of one thousand, seven hundred naira only (N1,700.00) for result checking, and verification of admission status.

It’s a must that all applicants should complete the Post-UTME form on-line.

Step By Step Guidelines for Application

All applying or interested candidates who are seeking admissions into the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro are required to complete the institution’s application form available on-line at the academic institution official website @ www.federalpolyilaro.edu.ng starting from Tuesday, the 15th of July, 2014 to Sunday, the 3rd of August, 2014.

How to Obtain the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro Post UTME Application Form

It’s important that all applying candidates to note that the academic institution expects of every one of them to obtain POST UTME confirmation slip (confirmation pin number printed on it) from any of the under-listed banks or their branches across the nation upon the payment of the sum of two thousand seven hundred naira only (N2,700.00).

Union Bank Plc
Access Bank Plc

Please all candidates should note that bank charges will be paid at the point of purchase.

It’s expected of all applicants to visit the school official website @ www.federalpolyilaro.edu.ng

When the portal loads up, you are to click on the College Portal

Then proceed and click on the POST-UTME

You can log in with the PIN number printed on the confirmation slip obtained from the bank

Please ensure that you complete the application form on-line appropriately, then proceed and upload your passport photograph; Please make sure that you supply your own valid phone number and E-mail address.

You can proceed by confirming the details of your application.

When the portal loads up, you can proceed and click on ‘submit’ to print your acknowledgement and examination slips.

Application Closing Date

The closing date for the submission of the on-line application form on the Polytechnic’s website
is Sunday, the 3rd of August, 2014.

Requirements for Screening Exercise

→ We would love to notify all candidates that they are required to bring along the following documents to the screening centre:

→ You are also required to come with the UTME notification of result slip (you are advised to get the one that bears your photograph, )

→ You should also bring the originals and photocopy of the print-out of the POST-UTME on-line

→ Evidence of payment of screening fee.

Mode of Screening Exercise

All applying candidates are required to do the following as listed below:

→ You are expected to come along with your writing materials:
(which includes Biro,HB pencil, ruler, eraser etc.)

→ To write an examination made up of questions in English Language, Mathematics and UTME relevant subjects as stipulated in the UTME brochure for different courses.

Examination Venue: West Campus, The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro

Screening Dates:
→ Monday, the 4th of August 2014 –All candidates in the School of Applied Science.

→ Tuesday, the 5th of August, 2014 – All candidates in the Schools of Environmental Studies & Engineering

→ Wednesday, the 6th of August, 2014-All candidates in the School of Management Studies.

Federa Polytechnic Ilaro 2014/2015 Post utme Result

All candidates who participated in the screening exercise, should note that the result will be uploaded on the Polytechnic’s portal shortly after the examinations.

It’s expected of all candidates to log in with his/her application number to check results.
