Nigeria Universities – Polytechnics and College of Education news Nigerian Educational News | Zenith Of Educational NewsLatest information reaching our news desk today, is that the management board of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has fully denied the rumour which is making headlines, where some unknown persons are claiming that the board ordered the cancellation of batch C 2014 mobilization.
While speaking exclusively with our correspondent, the Director General NYSC, Brig-General Johnson B. Olawumi, said that the 2014 Batch C orientation will commence on the 4th of November, 2014 and end on the 25th of November, 2014.
According to the DG (Director General) “all prospective corps members are also informed that with effect from the 2014 Batch ‘C’ orientation, all prospective corps members will register on-line and also print their call-up letters on-line, to avoid the stress of travelling to their school to pick off their call up letters”
The Dailyschoolnews Nigeria team applaud the DG for making things easier for NYSC batch c members, because with this development, there will be absolutely no need for them to travel to their respective schools to collect call-up letters before reporting at the orientation camp.
This is certainly good news for all students who have not yet been mobilized for NYSC batch B orientation.
