2014/2015 Admission Forms into School of Nursing, University of Benin Teaching Hospital Is On Sale

Latest news reaching us today, is that applications are currently been invited from suitably qualified candidates for the entrance examination for admission into the School of Nursing, University of Benin Teaching Hospital, Benin City, and the scheduled month is, October 2014.

This programme is a Three (3)-Year General Nursing Programme, which will lead to the award of Registered Nurse Certificate (RN).

Application Requirements

1. All applying candidates must not be less than 18 years old.

2. Qualification:
Be aware that five Credit passes MUST be obtained by the applicant in not more than two sittings in WASCE/GCE/NECO in the following subjects as listed below:
* English Language,
* Mathematics,
* Biology,
* Physics,
* Chemistry.

All applying candidates should note that Application forms should state the following listed below:
* Age,
* State of Origin,
* Local Government Area,
* School(s) Attended with qualifications obtained and addressed to the Principal.

Please note that all application forms are obtainable from the Office of the Deputy Director, Nursing Education/Principal wit a non-refundable fee of N5,500 (Five Thousand, Five hundred Naira) only.

All applying applicants are required to submit their four (4) recent color passport photographs (taken in the preceding two weeks) while returning the completed application froms
