A good JAMB Result Should be Valid for 3 Years – House of Reps

Educational news reaching us today, is that the House Of Representative, who were at a meeting yesterday, discussed on the number of times an average Nigerian student SHOULD take the Unified Tertiary matriculation Examination, UTME before gaining admission into Nigerian Universities of Higher Learning.

According to a correspondent who was present in the meeting, members of the House of Reps, With the law in sight, said that if a Student sits for the UTME and makes a good results, the result should be Valid for a 3 year period, rather than the normal 1 year. Members of the House of rep also discussed that during this time, the student can still use to pursue admission into Nigerian Higher Institutions, without the need to register or re-take the examination.

This is great! although it would be a great loss to jamb, this will surely help MILLIONS of Nigerians, the sad news here is that the law haven’t been agreed/passed yet.
