ASUU Strike Might End as Universities Votes for Call Off

Currently, the ongoing ASUU Strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities, (ASUU) might be reaching it’s final resting place, as various academic institutions chapters of the Academic staff Union of Universities, has voted in favour of the Suspension in various congress held today.

With latest information sent to us, the following Universities which i have listed below have so far voted for the suspension of the four months old strike.

• Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria,
• Usman Dan Fodio University Sokoto,
• Federal University of Technology MINNA,
• University of Lagos,
• University of Calabar,
• Federal University of Technology Akure, and
• Ekiti State University.
• University Of Ibadan. and a other Varsities.

We also believe that today, as ASUU will hold a NEC meeting the 4 months old strike will be officially suspended.

But with the death of Ex-ASUU president, will the meeting hold? there are some rumors that the death of Iyaye might prolong ASUU strike.
