2012/2013 Yabatech Acceptance Fee Payment And Clearance Has Commence

Latest Information reaching us today, is that the Yaba College Of Technology [YABATECH] wishes to inform all candidates who have been successfully admitted through the educational institution 1st [first] list for the 2012/2013 academic session, should please note that the screening exercise has begun.

The screening exercise of the Yaba College Of Technology is expected to continue until the 12th October, 2012. The YabaTech Screening Examination has been scheduled and fixed to take place between 10.00am and 3.30pm daily.

Step By Step Screening Procedures For The 2012/2013 YabaTech Screening Exercise.

1. To be able to check your name, you are to check the institution’s Admission list which has been upload in the School/Department or on the College website.

2. Collect a payment teller from the Students Account Section of the Bursary unit, in Yabatech.

3. All newly admitted students are required to pay the prescribed acceptance fee of N10,000 [Ten Thousand Naira Only] to Fidelity Bank (Fadeyi or Sabo Branch only).

4. Candidates are required to Submit their teller and payment print out to the Students Account Section of the Bursary unit. Please when you submit your teller and payment print-out in the Bursary Unit, ensure that you obtain a College receipt. This is very Important!.

5. With the College Receipt, you are to proceed to the PTDF building, which can be located behind School of Art, Design and Printing for your Biometric enrollment.

6. After a successful Biometric Enrollment, you are to visit YABATECH official website @ yabatech.edu.ng

7. When the portal loads up, click on Acceptance fee payment.

8. Then you are to print out your Application Form and Payment History via the Yabatech Website. For personal use and official use.

9. With the Application Form and Payment History Print-outs, you are to required to proceed to the Admissions Department of Registry. The Admission Department Of Registry can be located in Room AA 24 of Old Admin Block, where you are to locate your screening Officer.

10. When you’ve seen your Screening Officer, you are expected to present two copies of College receipt obtained at the Bursary [original and photocopy] of your Application Form and your Payment History to the Screening Officer.

11. You are to present the original and photocopy of your SSCE/NABTEB/ND results for screening.

Please be informed that Course Registration will be done at the commencement of the academic session. We urged and advised all candidates are to please, present themselves for screening as screening by proxy is not allowed. Any Candidates who fail to attend the screening as scheduled will be deemed to have rejected the offer of Admission being offered to him/her by the Educational Institution [YABATECH.] so literally speaking, YOUR ADMISSION RESTS ON YOUR HANDS.
