New JAMB Mock Examination Date Announced: See ALL Required Items to Bring

Isn’t it amazing how the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board – JAMB UTME releases date for the Mock exam? Giving candidates less than 48 hours to prepare for an exam, even if it’s Mock.

Latest confirmed educational news reaching our news desk this Morning, is that the JAMB board has announced a new date for the 2017 JAMB UTME Mock exam.

For candidates who are not yet aware, please take note that the JAMB Mock Exam for the 2017 UTME has been confirmed to hold on the 29th of April 2017. We have a detailed but short guide, which will guide you on how to print your JAMB Mock e-Slip has already stated.

Please take note that if you have been selected by JAMB to write this year’s UTME Mock Exam, don’t just go there and make a mess of everything, Remember you stand a better chance of knowing how the 2017 UTME will look like, compared with other candidates who will not be sitting for it.

It is very important to note here, that you get to your centre, the 2017 JAMB UTME Mock Exam is absolutely FREE for all! You are NOT required to pay any money to any CBT Centre for anything. Jamb has made it compulsory free for all participants.

What You Must Take Note of

While you’re inside the Hall, please take note that 90% of the Mock environment will be used for the main exam, so when inside the UTME mock hall, here are some important things you should take a good at;
1. CCTV Cameras
2. Are the systems (PC) Faulty or works fine?
3. When you login to your PC to take the examination, check how the CBT environment is laid out.
4. Where is the time Located, Where are your Subject Navigation Located, Where are the Question Numbers Located, e.t.c.
5. Is keyboard and Mouse required for the exam? (JAMB said candidates can NOW only use Keyboard)
6. Check the time allocation given for the exam.
7. What is the number of questions given and time for each subjects?
8. Remember that JAMB said that if you typed “S” on the keyboard, this indicates that you want to submit. Be careful of the keys you type in, while writing the mock exam.
