2014/2015 Kogi State University Academic Calendar is Revised! See New Dates Here

LATEST information on our news desk today, is that the Kogi State University Academic Calendar for the 2014/2015 is Revised! We do have the official new calendar, dates which is published here!

Using this medium, we wish to notify all Kogi State University students, that the management board of the institution, has officially revised the academic calendar for 2014/2015, and they have also released the revised calendar.

Take note that the revision was as a result of the 2-month strike that was embarked on by the workers’ union of the academic institution, which the workers/lecturers has just called off.

We pledged that all students of the university are hereby informed of this update.

Here’s the Official Revised Academic Calendar for the remaining parts of the 2014/2015 Kogi State University academic session:

Monday, 27th of April 2015 – Lectures resume for all students
Saturday 24th of May 2015 – Lectures end (11 weeks of lecture)
Saturday 30th of May 2015 – Revision week.
Monday 1st of June 2015 – GST/EDS Exams commence.
Monday 8th of June 2015 – Other examination commence.
Saturday 20th of June 2015 – Other exams end/semester ends.
Monday 4th of July 2015 – Consideration of 1st Semester Exams by Senate.

2nd Semester
Sunday 16/08/15 – Arrival
Monday 17/08/15 – normal registration/lecture begins
Saturday 29/08/15 – Late registration ends
Friday 12/09/15 – Submission of Registration Forms end
Saturday 07/11/15 – Lectures end (12 weeks of lecture)
Saturday 14/11/15 – Revision week
Monday 16/11/15 – GST/EDS exams commence.
Monday 23/11/15 – Other exams commence.
Saturday 12/12/15 – Other exams end/Semester ends
Monday 04/01/16 – Consideration of 2nd Semester exam by Senate
