University of Port Produces Forty One 1st Class Students

According to information we’ve just received, the University of Port Hacourt has scheduled this Saturday, 13th of June, 2015 to graduated a total of 18,363 students with 41 of them bagged First Class (Honours) degrees.

While speaking on this new and exciting development, the Vice Chancellor of the Varsity, Prof. Joseph Ajienka, had broadcast and promote this on Monday, while briefing newsmen in Port Harcourt. Where the Vice Chancellor said that 10 of the 41 First Class graduates were from the Faculty of Humanities.


The Vice Chancellor went on to explained that, others who had graduated with 1st Class graduates were from the following faculties listed below:

Faculty of Social Sciences,
Management Sciences,
College of Engineering,
College of Natural and Applied Sciences,
Faculty of Agriculture,
School of Science Laboratory Technology.

While describing the big forthcoming event as a combined 30th convocation, which covered the following academic sessions listed below as:
2013/2014 academic sessions.

The vice chancellor (VC) stated that a total of Eighteen thousand, three hundred and sixty three (18,363) students would receive the following:
First Degrees,
Post-graduate Diplomas,
Masters Degree,
Doctorate Degrees.

Here’s a breakdown of the figure, which totally shows that in the undergraduate category, 41 of all the graduands earned the First Class (Honours) Degree.

Out of this number, 10 are from the Faculty of Humanities,”.
