2015 NDU Post UTME Cut off Mark – Registration, Dates and Qualification – ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW

THE Niger Delta University – NDU Post UTME 2015 Application examination Date, Official Cut off Marks for Admission, Qualification and Registration Guidelines! This article contains all information you need to know about the NDU POST UTME for the 2015/2016 academic session.

Using this platform, the Dailyschoolnews Nigeria™ team wishes to get all Nigerians informed that the Niger Delta University Post UTME Screening Exercise for the 2015/2016 session has kicked off!

All interested candidates should take note of this information and use it to successfully register for the forthcoming NDU POST UTME exercise.

1. Qualification
ALL candidates who chose the Niger Delta University (NDU) as their first choice during the recently concluded JAMB CBT examination registration and did scored a minimum UME score of 180 is qualified to partake in the POST UTME examination.

The school Management has released some information, stating that the School WON’T admit Candidates and they are not qualified to partake in the forthcoming NDU post utme screening exercise.

While the school admission board also discloses that ALL candidates who choose the following courses which are listed below are Eligible and Qualified to partake in the forthcoming POST UTME examination.

2. Guidelines and Procedures On How To Register For Niger Delta University POST UTME Screening Exercise

Please do take note that the registration is done online through the school official website at www.ndu.edu.ng
Please take note that starting from Tuesday, the 21st of July to Saturday, 15th August, 2015.

The Registration Process is as follows:

Take note that there are two options for Payment

a) The Niger Delta University is affiliated with the following banks which are listed below:
Diamond Bank,
Sky Bank
First Bank

Visit any of the above banks branches in Nigeria. Please take alongside with you, your UTME Registration slip.

Take note that you are required to purchase an e-pin for Niger Delta University Post-UTME Screening for a fee of Three Thousand Naira (N3,000.00) ONLY.

Please take note that the University will not subsidize other charges such as Bank charges.

Second Option For NDU POST UTME Registration:
b) You can choose to make a swift payment, proceed and visit the website https://webpay.opus.com.ng and pay for your Pin online using your ATM or Credit card details.

Also take note that the full guidelines and procedures on how to proceed with the payment is written on the site.
Also make sure you print out your payment reference as the authorization ePin is on it.

This will grant you access to the examination hall.

It is very important that you protect your ATM and Credit card details. The Niger Delta University will not be held liable for any incidents or theft of your credit card details.

Procedures After Payment
After a successful payment, proceed and visit the school portal online and log onto www.ndu.edu.ng or go directly to the NDU Post UTME Application for 2015/2016 website at http://www.ndu.ac/.

Then you should click on ‘Apply for Post-UTME Screening exercise. Complete the online application for Post-UTME screening. Ensure you provide the full and correct information.


Please take note that as an applicant, it is of utmost importance that you fill in the application form yourself.

The Passport photograph
All applicants should note that the passport photograph will be captured by using a web camera available on the computer you are using for the online registration.

Be informed that you do not need to scan a photograph and upload for the registration. Applicants must ensure that the computer they are using has a web camera to take their photograph.

Please take note that : Your Captured Photograph MUST Conform To the Following Details:
Each Photograph MUST HAVE No Head Cover
Each Photograph MUST Show the Whole of each applicant’s head, ears and neck must show.
Please ensure you don’t wear spectacles.

Proceed and print out the generated Acknowledgement Letter and your Application form.
Take note that your seat number for the screening exercise will be indicated on the form, so make sure you keep the form secured.

Don’t forget to bring these forms:
Acknowledgement Letter,
Application form

along to the screening venue.

It is very important that you make several photocopies of the Acknowledgement Letter and the Application form.

Also take note that candidates without the Acknowledgement Letter and Application form will not be allowed to do the Post-UTME screening exercise or even enter the hall.

v. Notification for Post-UTME Exercise

When you have successfully registered and follow the updates above, take note that you will receive a notification through SMS and from the e-mail you added while registering for the post utme.

The Email and SMS will inform you if you are qualified to do the screening exercise or NOT.
Please be informed that the dates for your screening exercise will also be available on our website www.ndu.edu.ng.

Here are some important tips to avoid making successful: Your application will not be successful if:
– Your JAMB UTME score is less than 180.
– Take note that the appropriate e-pin is not used.
– If you enter a State or origin different from the one indicated on your JAMB Registration Form.

Be informed that the screening exercise starts from your buying of the pin.

2. Always check your e-mail box for mails
Do not forget to check your email box always, the email you provided during the registration.



i. Passport Photograph: Please take note that the scanned photographs will not be accepted by the online registration system, just like i said above, you’ll need to make sure that the computer you are using has a web camera, which will take your passport photograph.

ii. Please to make your application successful. Use the same names as you used in your UTME.

iii. Proceed and submit two valid e-mail addresses and two GSM phone numbers in your registration form. This is to ensure that the school management will be able to reach you anyway.

Please also take note that the Niger Delta University will not be held responsible if you use any invalid e-mail and telephone numbers.

However, if you don’t have any working phone numbers, then use the phone number of those closest to you, you should probably indicate that of your Parents and Guardians.

Please take note of specific days and list of halls of screening examination.
ALL these information will be placed on the university official website, starting from Sunday, the 16th of August, 2015 at the university gate on the date of screening.
Like always, YOU SHOULD check for your hall, using your seat number.

POST UTME Screening Exercise Venue of screening exercise will be posted online on the school portal.

The Screening process is time consuming, given the fact that it involves Biometric techniques such as finger printing. While late comers will not be screened, thereby sabotaging their chance of sitting for the screening exercise.

Those resident outside Bayelsa, Yenagoa or the school location, Wilberforce Island are advised to come a day earlier. The Niger Delta University is not responsible for accommodating any candidate.

Lists Of Items You Should Bring Along For the POST UTME Exams
HB pencils,
The school management has disclosed that they won’t allow biros or pens into the hall.
Your Acknowledgement Letter
Your Application form.

Please take note that you should also come along with your JAMB Original Result Slip with your passport photograph on it.


Lists Of Item NOT to Bring to the Screening Hall:
Mathematical Tables,
Gsm Phones.
(Take note that if you are caught with any of the above listed items, the Niger Delta University will not be liable).

The school has zero tolerance for lying candidates. SO we deem it fit to warn all candidates that they will be automatically Disqualified if:

They made a false Declaration of their JAMB CBT examination score.
False Declaration of their Ordinary Level Results/grades, including: SSCE, GCE, NECO AND THEIR EQUIVALENT)
If you’re caught with a false certificate of Origin, you will be automatically cancelled and barred from the school.
Take note of this information.


Dress like a student. The school had disclosed that they WON’T allow any student dressed indecent to partake in the examination.

Also be informed that all previous payments for the Niger Delta University Post-UTME Forms were not authorized by the Niger Delta University.
Anyone who had previously bought a registration or application forms in the name of Niger Delta University had done so at their own risk.
